[Frameworks] Double Perf 16mm Needed

[40 Frames]

Titling stock (7363) is double perf and sold in 400' lengths. It's something
like 10ASA, and hi-con.

I don't know about getting double perf anymore for regular camera stocks...
I was under the impression this is no longer an option?
