Viktoria,
we have many glow in the dark stars and a lot of glow in the dark
paint at L'Abominable in Paris. In fact, when you turn the light out,
you can see the whole room like a negative line drawing because we
painted each corner and the contour of each surface, the doorknob,
the light switches, etc. It's quite beautiful. No film has ever been
fogged to my knowledge. Maybe you should avoid holding the film right
over the star, but this is not ambient light and should not expose
any stock.
You may want to send this question to the filmlabs.org mailing list
however: https://listes.domainepublic.net/listinfo/forum
