[Frameworks] 3378 available?

Dear Frameworkers,

We are looking for smaller quantities of Kodak Film 3378 to use in our
workshops.  Kodak itself has a minimum of 10 reels of film, which is just
too much for us.  We are looking for 400 feet but could purchase, store and
spool down as much as 1200 feet.  Are there any places (preferably in the
US) that sell smaller quantities?
