[Frameworks] 16mm film programs

Hi folks,

I'm trying to compile a list of film programs (undergraduate, graduate, residencies, workshops, etc.) that teach filmmaking on 16mm (also interested in hearing about other gauges). I know many schools offer a course or two but, I'm trying to sleuth out the degree to which filmmaking is still taught on 16mm, from start to finish, and what the curriculum consists. I'm interested in commercial oriented programs and places with an experimental focus.

My interest comes from potential curriculum building and continued instruction for myself. Please feel free to send along what seem like obvious places.
