[Frameworks] Brooklyn sublet available

Dear Frameworkers,

I am looking for a subleter to take over my Brooklyn apartment in
Greenpoint, from March 1st, 2021 onward. Please forward to anyone
interested. Details below:

*rent:* $1,300/month
*type: *1 large private bedroom in a 4B2B, two stories apartment
*duration: *preferably more than 1 month

The building is in the heart of Greenpoint. Steps away from the G train
(Nassau) and 5 minutes walk to McCarran park. Greenpoint Library is around
the corner.

The area is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, handy places but I am on
a quiet, tree-lined block. The apartment is a duplex that takes over the
first two stories. Two respectful roommates on the first floor are working
professionals. Fully furnished kitchen and fully furnished backyard. We
have been enjoying reading, BBQ, and small gatherings in our backyard.

The upper floor contains a bigger living room, another bathroom that shared
with another roommate(an animator who works quietly in his room). My room
is on the second floor and facing the backyard. The bedroom has two windows
that all you can see are trees. It comes fully furnished with a desk plus a
standing desk, a super comfy queen-size bed, and a beanie sofa. There is
lots of storage space. The laundry is half blocked away.
