[Frameworks] Bolex Animation Single frame trouble

Hey does anyone know what would cause my film to do this? I've spent months
shooting this roll of film and half the dam shots are ruined. Could this be
caused by my pressure plate not being fully down or do I have some other
issue? Only seems to happen on single frame shots.
