[Frameworks] WMA to Mp3?

Hi Ken,
Any number of programs should be capable of doing this, but here is a link
to some free software called MPEG Streamclip http://www.squared5.com/.  When
you open the program go to the menu and chose file open and select "all file
types."  It will tell you your file is unsupported but choose to open it
anyways.  Once it's open go back to the file menu and select Export Audio.
You can select MP3 from here.  However, you should know that an MP3 is a
step down in quality from a WAV file.
