[Frameworks] Anyone else getting messages out of order?

It could be that folks have been super active for the last couple days, but I 
seem to be getting messages out-of-order. Sometimes they're delayed by 4-6 
hours, other times I get them as soon as they're sent. There doesn't seem to be 
much consistency to it, perhaps it's an issue with Yahoo?
