[Frameworks] Dallas Video Festival call for submissions

Hey ya'll - the Dallas Video Festival's call for 
submissions is still open - If you're not familiar with 
this great annual event (now in it's 23rd year) you should 
check out http://www.videofest.org/ for info.  Know that 
it is one of the very few domestic festivals that actually 
pays artists' fees AND the projection and sound is AMAZING 
in their new Angelika Theater Center home - really worth 
checking out.
