[Frameworks] loading super 8 in a single 8 cartridge....

Hi,

Does anybody have any "how to" notes or instructions on loading super 8 film stock in a single 8 cartridge? I was going to take a cartridge apart to try and figure it out, but don't want to mess up the film or even worse, jam the camera. I have a Fujica Z450 in case it makes a difference.
