I suggest Kahl Film in Bruhl Germany.
I was abducted in Germany and dropped off at his lab.
 
He perforates his own film, so you can have any stock you couldimagine.
(KodaK 800T, FOMO, Ilford, 70’s News Ekta…he has anenormous inventory of old stock)
 
Also the best place for Double Super 8.
