I believe you would have to export each film as a Quicktime, and import them
all into a new project, place them all in the time line on top of each
other, and change the frame sizes in the viewer.

Would it be possible with FCP to have a separate film in each of four  
quadrants in the frame?  How would one go about it generally, so I  
can encourage my technical stafff to achieve this.
