[Frameworks] FCP question

Most of what I have transferred @ 15fps and 30fps has been hand  
painted material.
I chose 15fps because it is close to the "silent" speed which seems  
to work best as a default speed for my hand painted work.
I do have some 24fps material coming up that I need to transfer,  
maybe I will try your suggestion and see how that looks.
I do not profess to fully understand all the implications here and  
have more to learn with fcp and the interlacing issue.
