[Frameworks] Submitting to Edinburgh International Film Festival - updated information

Dear Frameworkers,
I've simplified the process for submitting to the Black Box section of Edinburgh International Film Festival, since those of you trying to submit online were having problems with the fee waiver section. If you'd like to submit, just drop me a quick email and I'll forward a pdf version of the forms with the fee waiver section already completed. Hope that makes things easier.
