I think you mean Pasadena Freeway Stills, which is by Gary Beydler.  You can rent that from Canyon Cinema, Chicago Filmmakers, or Light Cone.  For now, only Canyon has the print from the restoration.

Does anybody know where I kind find the films ( ) and Passadena Highway by Morgan Fisher on distribution?
Filmmakers' Coop. from NY has some other films  on distribuition but not these.
