[Frameworks] 2K Telecine transfer

Hi Deco,
The best transfer I ever got was from Metropolis in New York on their 
Oxberry 2K film scanner in 10bitlog. They have a new scanner now too.
The pixel size for each frame is 2048 x 1556.
The output is a series of full res Targa images and a ProRes HQ 422 file.
I've also seen great results from Jeff Kreines' Kinetta scanner.
