[Frameworks] intervalometer

Hi all,
Anybody have any experience using such an intervalometer before?  (see
attached pics - Stevens Eng. Co. made for the Bolex).  I need to adjust the
timing; as it is right now, it shoots about every 30 seconds with some
shorter intervals sprinkled in randomly.  Can't really figure it out.  I
tried moving the set screws to different positions with no apparent effect.
