Esperanza,
I have one of those projectors myself -also purchased from the states- and right beside those two 2A fuses there's the 5A one.
don't know why yours it's lacking that one, but i'm guessing that's the cause for not powering on.
maybe the seller knows why the machine was opened/repaired?
best,pablo.

Dear all,
Today I got from the States two projectors. One of them, an EIKI SSL-0L, does not power on. I've used these projectors before and I have the proper power adaptor, but it does not work at all when I plug it. I wonder if it could be the main 5A fuse, which is indicated as existing at the back of the machine, but I have opened it and I cannot find this fuse anywhere. Do you know if this fuse is actually in the projector or any slight idea why the projector does not power on?

Attached is a picture of the back of the projector, when it indicates the fuses. The two 2A fuses are there, and I have replaced them with new ones in case.

Many thanks in advance,
