[Frameworks] Please stop responding WITH the attachment. It's overloading...

I didn't mean to sound in any way demanding. After hearing everyone's arguments, I believe that I was probably wrong in asking people to not respond to emails and include the original's attachment. During the overflow of emails in my inbox, I had the choice of remaining on the list, and thus it really was my fault in exceeding my inbox's limitations. The sudden massive strain on my inbox led me to blame others immediately; something I shouldn't have done.
