[Frameworks] Experimetnal Film Forums

Though it doesn't seem to get a whole lot of posts. Generating a community on a forum can be a daunting task, particularly when everyone is comfortable somewhere else or doing it a certain way. But it would just take some people to frequent the place and start posting. 
 
I'm for forums, and this list. No way to facebook.
