[Frameworks] Venues/festivals in Poland, CZ, Solvenia and Hungary

In Poland:

the people from New Horizons have started the "American Film Festival" last
year, it has an experimental film section. Takes place in the fall in
Wroclaw.

There's the Media Art Center WRO in Wroclaw, they have a festival, the
Biennale WRO. It's more video art than experimental documentary though.

There's the documentary festival in Krakow.
