I am going to China on Saturday and plan to shoot several rolls of 100D and TriX super 8 while I am there. I am aware that Kodak has advised not to allow film to be x-rayed, even though the NSA says anything below 800 ASA will not be fogged.
Has anyone had an experience allowing these Super 8 stocks to be x-rayed? Did they get fogged? Has anyone specifically asked to have their film hand inspected? How did that go?
Sorry if this has been discussed already. I am new here.
