[Frameworks] 16mm Hi-Con Question

Hello Frame workers,

 

I was wondering: does 16mm Hi Con processed as reversal yield higher
contrast (less mid tones) than if processed as a negative? If so, is it
better to underexpose, overexpose or expose perfectly?
