[Frameworks] Cleaning & Lubricating Product for 16mm Film

I came across this site that doesn't think much of FilmGuard:

http://www.film-center.com/clean.html

Calling it an oily lubricant designed for use with commercial prints that are
used and destroyed after a couple weeks. But I suppose that could be an ideal
product for a loop.

What about Edwal Anti-Stat Film Cleaner?

You might try coating with FilmGuard. This will dissipate the static charge that
is attracting dust/dirt at the same time it will provide
a lubricating coat on the film.
