I'd recommend just going straight to Kodak Vancouver, that's probably the
best price you're going to be able to do here. I don't know about B/W neg,
but B/W reversal is like $12 and colour neg is somewhere around $15 (per
cartridge). And it's not that hard to get there and go pick it up at the
warehouse, even by transit! You have to preorder, though, probably something
like 5 business days in advance.

I've never gotten S8 anywhere else in Van. You could try Leo's Camera on
Granville, but it's going to be incredibly expensive.
