Depends on what you want to do?

Bolex RX-4 or 5 and Eclair NPR are good cameras and relatively affordable
these days.

Projectors? What's your intended use? At home/studio projection?

Eiki SSL, Hokushin SC-210, Kodak Pageant 250S, Bell & Howell 1574.
