[Frameworks] Storing E-6 and D-19

Fixer and bleach are certainly bad for the world. Some photography forums
have some info on ways to get the silver out of fixer using metal
sponges/scrapers, but I don't know. I've heard different things regarding
D19 or dektol, but unsure.
