[Frameworks] BASEMENT MEDIA FEST #3 (2012) CALL FOR ENTRIES

I don't really understand what the big regret is, Mike - the festival
was free to submit to. Was that the only copy of your film or
something? If so, I can see about sending it back to you if you could
send me some money to cover postage.
