[Frameworks] 16mm stills in LA

Recipes for Disaster had a good sounding solution - photo enlarger pointed
at a 35mm camera with its lens taken off, use the internal light meter to
judge the correct shutter speed.

I tried it on my DSLR and it looked pretty good.
