[Frameworks] Sending a large audio file over the web

Hi frameworks,
I have a rather large (4 hour) audio file I want to send fellow students of a lecture over the web. Any suggestions on how to do this? I have looked into things like media fire and such but they have quite limited upload fees unless you want to pay.
