[Frameworks] Super 8 camera recommendations?

Hi all,

I've been a 16mm film collector / exhibitor for some time and am now
interested in trying out the other side of things. I'm looking for
recommendations for a somewhat modern Super 8 camera where features,
reliability and cost all come together. Hopefully!
