[Frameworks] Developing Problems

Hi,
Having more lomo tank problems. Used both tanks tonight with new chemicals, two films in each tank and 1200ml of chemistry. All films came out but both films on the top spiral have a black edge. Is it possible an area of the film has been above the chemistry in the tank? Is that generally what black clipping means on the upper spiral?
