[Frameworks] Re earlier inquiry about film leaders

Hi Matt,

If blank leader counts as leader, my own RATE OF CHANGE (1972) is
nothing but white leader printed on color stock and printed at the lab
according to my timing (grading) instructions.

Also, Alan Berliner uses leader in some of his films.
