[Frameworks] camera cleaning?

hey folks

was cleaning my canon 814 super 8 lens with lens cleaning liquid & cloth & looks like the lens coating got scratched (hoping it's not the lens itself); any way to remedy this? 

& was checking out my K3 (krasnogorsk 16mm) & there's some dirt/dust specks very prominently visible in the viewfinder - doesn't look like it's on lens (or so i hope) but i'd like to clean it up - any tips?
