[Frameworks] High Quality Film Stills

Hello Friends,

I am wondering about the best methods to obtain high quality film stills. I
am interested in printing large still frames (18" X 20") from a 16mm film.
I hear photographing the frame with a micro lens is one option.

Any advice?
