[Frameworks] Flatbed in NY or LA

HI Frameworkers,

Is anyone on the list aware of a 16mm flatbed I may be able to use/rent for the next 6 mos, 
either in New York or Los Angeles?  Preferably looking for one with a biphase signal/digital counter.
