[Frameworks] Student Film/Video Fests?

Hey Cousin,

Student Experimental Film Festival
Binghamton<http://seffbinghamton.tumblr.com/>is dedicated to showing
Experimental Film (and video) by Students at their
Festival in Binghamton. I believe they encourage students of all levels and
seem to do a very good job.

This will be a great resource for teachers and students alike. Excited to
see what comes of it.
