[Frameworks] Films about remediation

Hi Kim,

Not sure if this suggestion will be helpful, as this is not an "early
example", but since you mentioned Little Dog for Roger I can think of
Antoni Pinent, who has made several 35mm films in which single Super-8
frames appear on the larger leader. These are "Mi primer 35mm" (1995-1997)
(where a full roll of S8 has been cemented onto 35mm film),  "FILM QUARTET
/ POLYFRAME" (2006-2008), and "G/R/E/A/S/E" (2008-2013). Terrific works.
