Chief U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny, who sentenced Brose to two years probation (prompting applause in the coutroom) took issue with Brose's characterization of his behavior as a mistake.  "There's no excuse for victimization of children.  Whether it's intentional, whether it's incidental, it's all reprehensible."
