Dan Dugans kinda sick.  Hell charge you 500 bucks to adjust the frequency or whatever and bang the case with a hammer but hes got a monopoly on the nagras for sure, at least in the bay area.  He knows his shit for sure though.  If youre in the new ork area though I might be able to help you for free because i used to own one.
