[Frameworks] Cecile Starr 1921-2014

I never met Cecile Starr, though I did have some correspondence with her.  I’ve always felt she was the one person who opened up the area of animation and experimental  film to me personally, and to many others with her writing and distribution work.  A teacher and a leader.
