[Frameworks] Bolex 16/super 16 conversion

I believe there are two conversions, the correct one where the turret is
replaced and the lens is recentered on the new aperture, and the other one
where the existing turret is kept and the lens is not recentered.  The
other one works fine with lenses that have enough coverage, but requires
twice as much added coverage.

I am not sure it is worth the money today to have a camera converted, given
that used Super-16 cameras are selling very cheaply today.
