[Frameworks] Wavelengths Call for Submissions

Hello Andrea and Eli,

I have a short film that I would like to submit to Wavelengths.  It  
is 9 minutes, color, sound.
But it is still at the lab.  It could take another week or two.  Is  
that too late for sending?
