My experience with OC-8 (Agfa's equivalent to 5376) is that Cinelab can
develop it in their normal negative process, and if they develop it to 
a gamma of 0.75 I get an ASA of 6.

If you want it to be contrasty you can get a lot more speed out of it.

If you develop in a super low contrast developer like Technidol you can
get more speed out of it and keep the gamma down somewhere manageable.
