[Frameworks] exp film orgs suggestions

[Bryan Wendorf]

The Nightingale is Chicago's micro-cinema and primarily, but not
exclusively hosts experimental screenings. Patrick Friel screens does the
majority of his Whit Light Cinema screenings there.
