[Frameworks] repair of EIKI 16mm projectors

What is broken, and what country are you in?  Which Elf models are they and
are they the interlock ones?

Cardinal Sound and Motion Picture in Baltimore, USA, will do quick turnaround
on the theatre Eikis, but I don't know if they will touch the classroom
projectors.  Optech in Boston will do the classroom Eikis and have parts for
them in stock but they are very, very slow to turn gear around.
