[Frameworks] date coding on kodak s-8mm cartridges

Nowhere in those batch numbers is there any clue to the manufacturing date or expiry date. Only Kodak would know for sure.

Look at p.11 of the Kodak Motion Picture Catalog for an explanation of those numbers.
