[Frameworks] Battery for super-8 Beaulieu 4008ZM4

I saw one that had been given a new life a few years ago in Hong Kong.  As I remember the guy had used the old battery but built an exterior battery.  I think he said he found out how to do it online.  While a little more awkward physically, it gave him all the great optics and features of the camera with a modest umbilical for to a terrific battery.
