[Frameworks] Single-shot fixed camera landscape/cityscape films

Hi Blanca,

Maybe *Ein Märchen aus alten Zeiten *(2001) by Jonas Mekas. Twin Towers
falls from Brooklyn, 9/11. A long single-shot, but not totally fixed
(Hand-video shot).
