[Frameworks] Petrol in Experimental Cinema (Anastasia Tsarkova)

There was a 16mm doc. from 1972 which deals with a mural that is in the Imperial Oil building in Toronto.  The film is  part of the collection in the Library & Archives of Canada. It has a searchable database.
